Even at Sub-Zero Temperatures, the ambient Air around your Home contains Energy,
an Air Source Heat Pump can be integrated into your existing Home Heating System
to harvest this Free Clean Energy to Heat your Home or Business.
This can also reduce your future Home Heating Fuel Bills by up to a Whopping 60 – 90%,
all achieved because these systems operate at efficiency levels of up to 550%,
( compared to a typical Boiler which operates at approx 75-85% )
so there is simply no more cost effective way of Heating your Home.
Our Service and the Systems Available
We specialise in Air Source Heat Pumps Systems,
for new Build Homes and retrofit as
as well as all types of Commercial Buildings.
How do these Air Source Heat Pump Systems work?
If you have a fridge or freezer in your Home then you essentially
already have a Heat Pump, as it Pumps Heat out to maintain
low temperatures within to keep your food fresh.
An Air Source Heat pump works in the opposite way, it pumps
Heat from the outside of your Home to the inside.
They also work at a typical ratio of 1:5, so for every Unit of
Energy the Heat pump uses it will generate up to five more by
harvesting the FREE Energy from the Air around your Home or Business.
Heat Pump Systems can be retrofitted into your Home or Business
These Systems can be integrated into your existing Home or Business Heating System
improving its efficiency significantly, they come in what know
as split design, i.e. outdoor and indoor units.
The outdoor unit extracts energy from the air, it then transfers it to the indoor
unit where the heat is then passed into the Home Heating System.
Unlike burning Oil & Gas, a Heat Pump produces no Carbon Emissions on site
(and no carbon emissions at all, if a renewable source of Electricity is used to power them).
Other features of these Heat Pump Systems
Unlike Gas and Oil boilers, Heat Pumps deliver Heat at lower temperatures
over much longer periods. For these systems to work very effectively
it’s essential that the Home is well Insulated.
Other Advantages of Using a Heat Pump
Heat Pumps save space. There are no fuel storage requirements.
Heat pumps are safe. There is no combustion involved and no
emission of potentially dangerous gases.
Heat pumps require less maintenance than combustion based heating systems.
Heat pumps can provide cooling in summer, as well as heating in winter.
